SOMF IS SEEKING AN OUTSTANDING SALES MANAGER
As Sales Manager, you must have strong selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities to work within a professional, team-oriented environment using established guidelines, procedures and policies. You will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Account Executives, and assisting their efforts of promoting sales, increasing market share by introducing company products as business solutions, and providing Account Management and Client Relations services.

• Attending training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company products and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing.
• Participating in trade shows, technology showcases and product demonstrations, promoting company image and products.
• Travel to customers plant locations and travel on sales calls as required.
• Attend weekly production meetings and have a collective sales report.
• Review Quotes with Owners prior to submittal to customers, and report to Owners, monthly sales reports, Sales trip reports, future projects.
• Work with Engineering to get proposal drawings to customers, and review all job sheets and project requirements with engineering.
• Work with accounting to issue deposit invoices and write job sheets after a sale, and to make sure project is invoiced correctly.
